Naturopath Hayley Stockbridge will help you support your body’s own innate healing abilities and educate you about how to make the right changes to your lifestyle for the best possible outcomes.

What Happens During A Consultation?

I have two goals with my all patients at my Manly and Stanmore clinics; to support their own body’s healing abilities, and to educate them to make the right changes to their life for the best possible outcomes.

During the first consultation, I will ask you lots of questions designed to give me an overview of your current health situation. Many natural health practitioners base their approach on symptoms alone.

I work a little differently. I make sure that I have as much information as possible about your unique health situation. All my patients are sent for the right diagnostic tests – if we need to, we’ll have your blood, food intolerances, bacteria levels, stress hormones and body composition checked.

After performing thorough investigation and testing to determine the underlying imbalances that are causing your symptoms, we will then work together to create a personalised treatment plan to address every aspect of your health – go from feeling average to feeling fantastic.

Education and Advice

Once I have a complete picture of your unique situation, in follow up consultations you will learn how to look at the ‘big picture’ and implement changes in your diet and lifestyle to improve your overall wellbeing.

This is the part of my job that I enjoy the most!

Treatment and Monitoring

The key to healthy living is moderation. Treatments use a realistic combination of herbal medicine, supplements, dietary intervention and lifestyle changes.

I don’t just prescribe herbal or nutritional supplements. Why? Because, like with other medication, your symptoms will return when you stop taking it. My focus is on solutions, treatments and programs that can be monitored over time and adjusted according to your progress.
